Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoon of sugar
2 1/3 cup whole milk (you could also use low-fat milk, soy milk or almond milk)1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 fluid once of rum (optional)
1 pinch of nutmeg, ground
Directions: Blend thoroughly together all the ingredients above. Then chill before serving.
This recipe makes about 3 to 4 servings.
Note: if you want a more creamier recipe just add half a can (5 oz) of condensed milk
